Canacare wants you to shop with confidence. however for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any bedding products unless you have a valid claim at law (see below). We encourage you to select these items carefully before purchasing. Postage charges are not refundable unless the item/s are being returned under a warranty claim. We are unable to accept for exchange any goods.
If the item/s is faulty or wrongly described, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. To assist in determining whether a product is faulty or wrongly described please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds for faulty items will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
Any damage caused by the courier needs to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
For a product to be eligible to be returned under our Money Back Guarantee Policy, the product:
- Must be in re-saleable condition
- Must be un-used and in its original packaging (if sold packaged)
If you are acquiring goods (or services) from Webretail Limited for business purposes as defined in sections 2 and 43 of the CGA, you agree that the consumer guarantees provided for in the CGA will not apply to the supply of those goods (or services).
Our warranties do not cover; change of mind, incorrectly laundered items, items where the tags have been removed, damage caused by neglect or misuse, or general wear and tear.
